Nicole Padilla, MD

Nicole Padilla is a Clinical Research Coordinator with a medical degree from Mexico City and experience in both clinical and basic science research. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Research, building on her work in NIH-funded and community-based studies focused on adolescent mental health, substance use, and health disparities in underserved populations. Her early research experience includes basic science work on HIV and HPV. Nicole has strong skills in data management, REDCap, and Stata, and brings a solid foundation in clinical research methods, participant engagement, and workflow development. She is passionate about advancing health equity through collaborative, community-informed research.
